Canada, United States, and international delivery

Break A Plate ships within Canada, to the United States, and internationally where carrier service is available. Delivery estimates depend on your destination and selected carrier service. Contact us before ordering for a time-sensitive event.

Shipping rates

Enter your shipping address at checkout to see available carrier services, shipping prices and delivery estimates. Rates are calculated using your destination and the number of cartons in your plate package. Your checkout total includes the displayed shipping charge before you pay. Applicable taxes are additional. International import fees may be charged separately as explained below.

Order quantities

Each box contains 36 plates. The minimum order is three boxes (108 plates). Volume prices apply to the selected package size.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your delivery promptly and contact breakaplateca@gmail.com, preferably within 7 days, with your order number and photos. See our returns and refunds policy for full details. This suggested reporting period does not limit your statutory rights.

When shipping is unavailable

If no carrier service is available for your order and address, pickup is required. Select Pickup in the Delivery section at checkout to collect your order. Pickup has no delivery charge. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before collecting.

International duties and import fees

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, local taxes, brokerage fees, or customs-clearance charges.

Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping quote. The recipient is responsible for paying them to the carrier or customs authority.

Shipping prices cover transportation to the delivery address. Customs processing may affect delivery times. Please respond promptly to any requests from the carrier for payment or information.
